The only people that will be allowed to visit are the people whose names were previously given when the pre-sign up was done by phone. On the set date and time of the visit, the visitors will go to the jail lobby window, 5 minutes before the visit is set to start, and show a valid picture ID. When an individual signs up for a visitation time they will have to give the name of the inmate that they want to visit as well as the name of both visitors that will be visiting the inmate. An individual will only be able to sign up for the next visitation date. Individuals wishing to visit an inmate will have to call the jail and schedule a visit time no later than 6:00 PM the day before the visit. The first female group will go in at 1600 and the last female group will be in at 1730.
There will not be any visitation groups between 12. The first male group will go in at 0800 and the last male group will go in at 1530. There will be a new group put into visitation every thirty minutes. Two inmates will be allowed into the visitation room at a time. There can be no more than two people visiting an inmate at a time. Each in-person visit will be 20 minutes in length. Each inmate will be allowed two in-person visits per week, with no more than one visit each day. Visitation will be held on Tuesday and Sunday. The same state fees still apply when posting a surety bond. Family or friends may deal directly with a bonding agent, then that agency will charge you a fee for them to assume the liability of the defendant to make his or her appearance in the desired court of which the charges are pending. * Surety Bonds - Surety Bonds are posted by bonding agencies. If applicable the courts will refund any money that was not designated to pay fees or fines accrued from the offense. Class “C” bonds DO NOT carry these charges. Cash accepted for bonds shall be the exact amount.Īn additional $15.00 fee is required by the state on the first and second bonds posted on an inmate per jailing, with the maximum of $30.00 per jailing.
